Problem:
With an Executive order was signed in 2021, the Federal government established itself as a model for diversity, equity, inclusion, and accessibility (DEIA) in its hiring practices. Most companies voluntarily embraced this protocol immediately. The company wants to create an introduction video to a training course on its DEIA practices.
Solution:

Environmental Health and Safety: Understanding EHS
Problem:
Over the past 6 months, the Environmental Health and Safety Department has had an increase in reported injuries on construction job sites. EHS has created a series of microlearning videos to reteach and/or remind safety protocols for each construction project site. The problem is that employees are reluctant to complete the review series because they are unfamiliar with the EHS department and what it does.
Solution:
Develop an explainer microlearning video of the role of the Environmental Health and Safety Department within the company. This is an episode of "The MOOGE Company Explains" Series; Episode 12: Environmental Health & Safety; Understanding EHS. This mandatory microlearning video was pushed out to employees before the set of safety videos was released for each job site. The mandatory use of this video resulted in an increased participation of the microlearning site safety series, and a better understanding of what the department does for employees.
